Returns & Refunds

Online sales are known as ‘distance selling’. The distance contract is concluded when the customer receives a confirmation email after placing an order.

Ortotēka customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days from the date of receipt even if the goods aren’t faulty. They don’t have to provide a reason.

The customer has to inform our company Harbinger Medical SIA within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel.

You can use the following cancellation form but it is optional:

In the order to respect the 14 days term, it is enough to notify us before the end of this term.

Harbinger Medical SIA will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

We will make a refund using the same payment method that was used during the purchase if the customer did not specify another way of receiving the money.

The customer has 14 days to return the goods after he or she informed Harbinger Medical SIA about the intention to cancel.

You will have to cover all the expenses related to the return of the goods.

You are responsible for the decline of the value of the goods if they were used for any other purpose than to get familiar with them and assess their qualities.

Harbinger Medical SIA does not keep copies of distance selling contracts.

Please note that according to the corresponding law of the Republic of Latvia we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in some cases including the following:

— items that have been personalised;
— items that were sent out sealed for hygiene reasons if they come back unsealed (for example, elastic bandages, compression stockings, kinesiology tapes, plasters).
