Delivery options in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia
When ordering products in our online shop, you can choose the following shipping methods:
- Local pickup in the Ortotēka medical supply stores in Latvia | Free option
- Delivery to a Venipak parcel locker or pickup point in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia | 2,99 €
- Delivery to an Omniva parcel machine in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia | from 3,29 €
- Courier delivery to your address in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia | from 5,99 €
Standard delivery time
All parcels are delivered next working day if the order is paid until 10:00. Products that are ordered in the weekend are shipped on Monday.
We will inform you when you order is ready for pick-up in one of our stores. Normally, it takes only a couple of hours as the majority of the products is already available.
Estimated product delivery dates are also displayed on the product, cart and checkout pages. If certain product takes more time to deliver, the dates will reflect it.
Delivery to parcel machines
Unfortunately, some products cannot be shipped to parcel machines due to size and weight restrictions. Omniva and Venipak parcel locker dimensions are displayed below:
Moreover, Venipak pickup points do not accept shipments that are heavier than 10 kg and larger than 0,04 m3.
Bulky item delivery
In case of heavy bulky items, additional options will appear during the checkout.
Delivery to non-Baltic countries
It is possible to arrange shipping to all the countries in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom. Please contact us for a personal calculation of costs and delivery time.
Payment options
The following payment methods are available:
- Cash on pickup in our medical supply stores.
- Bank card payment on our website.
- Bank transfer to our account indicated in the confirmation email or About Us page.
- Cash on delivery (COD) by the courier service (cash and bank cards accepted) or to Omniva parcel machines (only bank cards accepted). The COD fee of 2 € is charged.
Administrative fee for smaller orders
We apply an administrative fee of 1,99 € for orders below 19,99 €. It does not concern orders with local pickup in one of our medical supply stores.
We pack each order for you, prepare it for transportation, mark it, register it, hand it over to the carrier, draw up the relevant purchase documents for it in the goods and accounting systems, pay taxes. This amount of work must be done for any order, even if the order amount is 0,01 €.
To cover the corresponding costs, we have to either increase the prices of small goods or the delivery charge, or introduce a minimum order amount. However, we do not want you to buy more products than you need. Therefore, we offer the opportunity to place smaller orders for a reasonable additional processing and packaging fee.
