Delivery options in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia
When ordering products in our online shop, you can choose the following shipping methods:
- Local pickup in the Ortotēka medical supply stores in Latvia | Free option
- Delivery to an Omniva parcel machine in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia | 2,99 €
- Standard personal delivery in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia | from 5,99 €
Standard delivery time
All parcels are delivered next working day if the order is paid until 10:00. Products that are ordered in the weekend are shipped on Monday.
We will inform you when you order is ready for pick-up in one of our stores.
Delivery to parcel machines
Unfortunately, only products that are not longer than 64 cm can be shipped to parcel machines:
Bulky item delivery
In case of heavy bulky items, additional options will appear during the checkout.
Delivery to non-Baltic countries
It is possible to arrange shipping to all the countries in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom. Please contact us for a personal calculation of costs and delivery time.
Payment options
The following payment methods are available:
- Cash on pickup in our medical supply stores.
- Bank card payment on our website.
- Bank transfer to our account indicated in the confirmation email or About Us page.
- Cash on delivery if you choose delivery to a parcel machine or to a person. The COD fee of 2 € is charged.
